I like Mario?s.pizza. But with the times as they are we have to be cautious. I would like to know what?s the protocol on the... food preparer wearing gloves while handling food items that go on your pizza? In the prep area I only saw one person wearinggloves. Several people had prepped orders with no gloves. This should be a concern.
