I like Mario?s.pizza. But with the times as they are we have to be cautious. I would like to know what?s the protocol on the... food preparer wearing gloves while handling food items that go on your pizza? In the prep area I only saw one person wearinggloves. Several people had prepped orders with no gloves. This should be a concern. Marco's Pizza is our first choice for franchise pizzeria in the 78660. Their old-style pepperoni is unique, and they have... anchovies as a topping choice.
