Waited over 30 mins for food. Workers move slowly and give very little effort. If you order a large meal, they?ll give you a... medium drink, but still charge you for the large. They?ll edit the order to say large but with medium drink. I saw everyoneleaving with medium drinks and questioned them about it. This location has cold food regularly. Ontop of that, it is literally a 50/50 if they are going to give you your entire order.... Check your bags before driving away because they don't care. I unfortunately go here often because I have a 6 year old who lovesthe idea of a happy meal. Read more
This is the slowest McDonald's I have been in. Been sitting inside here 20 mins for my order watching Door Dash folks come in... and get food and at least 10-20 cars go thru the drive thru. Then two workers arguing over who's order got the Big Mac.Ridiculous! Won't be back again and don't suggest anyone else to stop here if you're in any hurry. Fast food it is not! Read more
I rarely go to McDonald's but this experience reminded me why to stay away. Food was chewy, service was blah, and was order... messed up (and when "corrected" it was still messed up) 2 stars because the app made the experience smooth to pay. Read more
Worst experience ever! The night shift this evening was just plain rude. Even the manager Sonia was rude. As a shift manager you... should lead by example. Younger group working this evening but still doesn?t make it right for the lack of customer service. Itstarted from the order taking menu to getting the food. This location is the worst. Months ago I got a burger with raw meat. Called and they didn't fix. It was close by and I was in... a hurry so I gave them another chance and I found hair in my burger.
