If I could rate this place a ZERO i would!!!! It took almost two hours to receive our delivery! The pizza was cold when we got... it!! This is the first time we ordered from Patty's in about a year. We quit ordering from them because they forgot an entire pizza... the last time and this time around they gave us two duplicate vegetable pizzas instead of a veggie and a plain cheese that wehad ordered for our autistic son. We ordered wings, fries & pizza. The wings did not taste anything like garlic parm, more like lemon pepper sauce. They were... really hard. The pizza was not good. The sauce is very sweet. First visit. We ordered a pepperoni pizza some wings and a Supreme. I felt the wings had good flavor and were served freshed.... The pizza was ok.not bad at all. It just wasnt memorable. I wanted to leave my honest review: This place when first opened up was my go to place for first couple years. I then moved... away from area. Had a couple poor experiences grabbing a pie while driving through. But my past 2 times I feel like they gotback to their roots and, I ordered my 14" pie with extra chebank! sausage, pep and had it light baked....nailed it and now iremember why I continue to come back! Wow, talk about falling from grace. We discovered this place about a year ago and have ordered at least a dozen times. ... Unfortunately, what I thought was a fluke the last time happened again. The New Yorker pizza, which is what I order every time,came with about 1/3 the pepperoni, missing cheese in a few areas, and generally looking like what I'd expect from a much cheaperjoint. How they look at this and decide it's good to go out, I don't know. Calling them back for a refund and they're going tomake me drive back there with the pizza to get a refund on a Friday evening at 6:30 and I'm starving? Terrible customerservice, no offer to replace and refund, or refund me out right and no return. Return at height of rush hour which takes a LONGtime due to the traffic in the area and limited ways to reach. Sorry Patty's, we were huge supporters and generous tippers, butyou burned the wrong customer at the worst time to have done it, and we will never return... Even if the food is amazing. I'llbe retracting my recommendations from social media as well, that's how happy you didn't make me this time. I'd rather getGattis now because they at least have the decency to make sure the customer is satisfied and getting what they paid for. Best ofluck, but I don't think you'll last long if this is your new standard. Edit: returned for refund, didn't disrupt anyone there,but they didn't apologize whatsoever and didn't refund the tip. No offer to remediate the situation whatsoever. That shouldtell you quite a bit. Enjoy it while you can, but they don't seem to care about losing loyal customers so be prepared when ithappens.
