The last 2 times I have ordered delivery, it has taken an hour or more to recieve my delivery with no communication about delays... or anything. Order is barely warm by the time it arrives. Very poor service. Unacceptable. Read more
I have had both good and bad experiences at this particular Pizza hut. Today they performed perfectly. My order was hot and... fresh and the delivery driver was very polite and friendly. The phone app is still frustrating, but on the computer it is muchmore clear and easier to use. Read more
Been ordering for 10 yrs and they have still maintained the quality of Pizza. The delivery is also always early or on time!
I was asked to order a couple of pizzas for the service managers who came in from out of town, and was going to go through Pizza... Hut... but the order declined. Thinking maybe there was a problem with the card, I tried another one, and same issue. Noexplanation other than "sorry we can't process your order". Both my card and company card showed charge and refund. THEN I getan email the next day asking how much we enjoyed the pizza. The pizza was wonderful... that we got from a competitor who nevergave issue on either card. We won't be ordering here again. Read more
Ordered a large pizza online and it said pizza would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and then had to... wait 15 minutes more to get my car side delivered. When I got home and opened the pizza it was over cooked and very sad. I hateburnt pizza and the cheese was rubber. No one wanted a second slice. Very disappointed. Read more
As someone who worked at a pizza establishment for a few years, I can tell you the issues now aren't labor shortages. It's wage... shortages. You can charge customers 40$ for a large pizza and bread sticks, but you can't pay your employees a liveable wage,and then you blame it all on current issues in the economy when people choose to not work for 7.25$ an hour and tips that may ormay not come during a shift. It's pretty simple. Pay your employees what's fair, people won't quit, sales will go up. The factthat orders are taking hours to make means the owners have failed to properly run this franchise. As of now every time I orderhere the order is messed up and takes too long. How many customers has this placed lost because of this? Pizza Hut has freedived off a cliff in quality for years now, It's amazing a place like this can even keep the lights on. I would also love to seea breakdown on how much profit is made from the customers asking for extra toppings, and it's not applied to the food. I'd bewilling to wager a years salary that this store makes a good amount of money by stealing extra topping money from the customers. Read more
