Bought a 2 piece and received 2 tiny pieces of shriveled up dry chicken and no biscuit. Then when I complained, I am offered a... perfectly good sized freshly cooked thigh. Why couldn't they just given me 2 pieces like that at the outset? Read more
This locations dining is open while other Popeye location feature drive through only. Sorry, I'll only spend my money at... locations that have open dining rooms. This location also has great service. Read more
Service was great and the atmosphere is also nice. Wish I could say the same for the food though. Bought a 10 piece special with... 2 sides using the coupon and I asked for my chicken to be Spicy. Instead of getting Spicy Chicken like I've requested, I'vegotten Mild. Went back with the Mild Chicken to retrieve the Spicy Chicken just like I asked for, only for them to give me Mildagain. This will be my very LAST time going to this Popeyes. I will NEVER return there, ever again. Read more
When I got to the window, they made it a point to charge me $2.50 for a side of gravy. Drove home ready to eat, where?s my... gravy? I called to be reimbursed bc it?s not food? literally a side of gravy I already felt I was being overcharged for alreadyand they told me to go back to the store for my $2.50 or a side of gravy whenever I feel like going. So? now you want me tospend more money on food I can eat with my not ?free? side of gravy because I already paid for it? Bad customer service. That?swhy everyone loves chick-fil-a. Thanks. After all the wait the chicken sandwich finally returned to Popeyes. It's pretty good. Definitely a big sandwich with a ton of... breading. I don't like it as much as Chick Fila's but it is good. The real issue is how slow this place is. Not only slow butnot organized. 47 minutes to get my sandwich. It's also generally pretty dirty in this place. Tables seem to never get wiped.Overall, I'd say it's overrated considering the time and atmosphere/cleanliness. Read more
