Second time they knowingly sent the wrong order instead of cancelling it. Can't call because the phone goes to a 90s era dial up... modem. When they get the correct order it is decent though. Seems like common courtesy not to send people the wrong thing andtry to get away with it? Read more

The lady thats always at the register needs to know what she charges and honor what the subway coupon says.We went and order two... american clubs today. If my daughter asks for an American club and she says no ham then why are you gonna charge me for aturkey sandwich and bacon as extra charge? Then when asked her about it she gets rude and says if I dont like it to not comeback. Server great but cashier sucks! Read more

I?ve been here plenty of times and never got served. The employees are understaffed. I keep going back to see if things change... but unfortunately they. I stood there one time with my daughter and the employee didn?t say anything even after looking at us.Mind you that we stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes. I hope things change for this location. One more chance in thefuture. Read more

I came into this location on July 23rd 2021 at 4 pm. There was a young lady working there. I asked for a foot long veggie... delight. I only asked for a couple veggies. I asked for extra on there. She put extra which was fine. But I said " can you put alittle more it's okay if i have to pay extra for it " she said " i already put extra, you don't want any other veggies on there.What else do you want on it " .. I never asked her how much she already put on there. I can obviously see she put extra. I wasasking for more and for her to charge me extra if she'd like. I wasn't being extreme and asking for a huge pile of veggies . Iam paying for something and I want what I am ordering. I did not like her attitude towards me and if a customer tells you howthey want their food. You should give it to them how they are asking for it not how the employee thinks it should be. I am notreturning to this location. I'd rather make the drive somewhere else. Read more

Ordered a chopped salad online and received a salad not chopped. WTH. I?ve been trying to call and they don?t answer and it goes... to a fax machine. I prefer to have my salad chopped as stated on the menu. I chopped it up myself at home. Read more
