I get the fact that that this is a changing workforce but it?s sad that professionalism seems to be nonexistent in fast food... these days. I went to this Taco Bell yesterday evening and it was clear the staff wasn?t interested in serving customers butrather playing on the intercom and wasting time. Waited forever in the dining room while eight people stood around working there. After I'd already been there 10 minutes after... ordering it to kiosk, the guy who seems like he might have been. The assistant manager told me I need to order at the kiosk. Itold him I already did and he looked confused. Then 10 minutes later I get my taco and there is no coffee that I ordered. Thenthey all talk to each other about it and all seem to very confused. It's right on my receipt but nevertheless nobody couldfigure out how to make the coffee out of eight people. Read more
