Food was good. Service was exceptional. Good tacos to me don't start with a crazy name. Tacos are the easiest thing to make... right and so many places complicate them by trying to add something crazy and call them something weird. Just make simple goodtacos. Usually this place has pretty reliably good food, sometimes a bit scant on the toppings, but I couldn?t let my disappointment... here go. This was their taco of the month. I waited twenty minutes in line and ten minutes after my order for a soggy cod filetand almost none of the ingredients listed for this taco except for the sauce. Read more

The SALTIEST tacos I've ever had in my life. It's FAKE MEAT not paint. There's no need to salt it so much. I couldn't even eat... the taco. Not sure why they got rid of the Independent, but that Beyond Meat taco can go too. Just saute some veggies. Maybe adda fajita style vegetable. Vegan concepts should not be an afterthought especially since its so mainstream. Hire me. I'll showyou a vegan taco. Also, these avocados were not ripe. Hard to eat. Huge chunks. I am a HUGE torchys fan, going at least 3-4 times a week, the past 3 times I have gone to this location, i order the street corn... and they don?t even put the sauce that they normally do on it, not that big of a deal but is one of the only reasons I get thecorn, seems lazy of the chefs. You have to ask for tortillas to be warmed up. They're usually served cold or luke warm at best. Employees aren't too friendly... and they push for a tip before you even get your food. Dont tip until after you dine, otherwise you probly will tip for badservice. Bar tender seemed inconvienced. Read more
