I absolutely loved the attitudes and atmosphere when I stopped by this Monday! The gentleman in the blue shirt was absolutely... fantastic, making sure everyone was accommodated for and their order taken. The others were fast, and seemed upbeat, fromhumming to the beat of the music to being wonderful to watch work. The gentleman behind the counter even helped make my son'ssippy cup able to be drank out of! 10/10 every part of my experience driving through here was phenomenal and it can't be fullyexpressed through words! Not good customer service kids don't pay attention of what they doing. I had to call because not just they forgot to put a fork... but also a Salad dressing I had to eat my salad without dressing. Read more

The one I used to love. This was my go to place since they opened. After a few months they were getting orders mixed up,... forgetting to make them at all. Wait times are over 30 minutes and 4 back to back food ruining mistakes. They are very nice buthorrible at just getting orders out. Read more

I love smoothies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, especially sunrise sunsets. Edit: On 08/16/2022 I ordered online to pick up 1... sunrise sunset, when I received I saw the color of the smoothie was different than the other times. I asked a staff they saidthat is correct sunrise sunset. When I drank the smoothie was not smooth, the taste is not the same with the other times. The first couple times I went here, my smoothie was good. Afterwards, it went downhill. I got the avocolada smoothie which is... the only one I get and it tasted like water. I wrote a review and received a call to come back to get a free smoothie. I go backand they messed up my smoothie( it looked like red flakes were in it) and had to remake it. They remade it and I left but mysmoothie didn?t take like it normally does. I will be going to the Hutto location from now on. Read more

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Good: Clean, staff was very friendly, and sandwiches, Flatbread, and smoothies are good. Bad:... prices seem high. UGLY: quesadillas (Exception santa fe Chicken quesadilla). Ordered a kids quesadilla with chicken, and therewas no chicken and a Tortilla with virtually no cheese which cost $5. We also ordered the 3 cheese chicken quesadilla for $7which was the kids quesadilla, and also didnt have chicken, bt had slightly more cheese. The girl at the counter tried to giveand excuse about the kids quesadilla until I showed her it. She offered to have it remade and apologized. I did not want theremake as my child was done already and I just wanted to let them know. She apologized again and thanked me for the feedback.Maybe soon all the rough edges will be smoothed. By far the smoothest running Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I'm so glad they opened a location closer to Round Rock. For the past 2... years I've been traveling 30 minutes out to the Cedar Park location, because it's just that good. The staff is super friendlyand the owner is a super cool guy. I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for a healthy lunch with a sweet smoothieon the side. Read more
