This Pato location seemed a little old. The young lady was busy. They had someone call in sick and they only had two cooks and... her running the front end and drive thru by herself. This young lady was also going to her table between customers getting abite of her taco and running back to clear tables and taken orders. Am glad I am retired, I was getting tired just watching herhussel. But the food came pretty fast, hot and for some reason the food tasted some what good. I guess because we wereappreciative on how hard she was working. So before we left I went up to her and thanked her in person. She thanked me backand smiled. Folks we should say thank you more often cause we don't know what kind of day they are having. Put a smile on theirfaces and warm their hearts and yours. Read more
I just ordered a favor from here today around 11. I ordered three potato and egg tacos which were just fine and two chorizo egg... and bean. My first chorizo taco had a long hair in it so I was disgusted and threw it away. I know this happens all the time?Iwork at restaurants also and even when you are careful with proper protocol hair nets etc, it can happen. So I get it. I open mysecond taco and almost to the end I feel a long hair in my mouth AGAIN. I don?t think it was the person that assembled the tacosbut probably the person that made the chorizo batch as our other tacos were just fine. It?s just gross ???? you guys need to becareful with this!! AND I?m pregnant on top of everything so this was very disgusting to me. Will not be back to this locationsadly. Read more
Go during the am or lunch time never in the afternoon or evening. You will regret it as their tortillas will be hard and cold.... Also, come expecting to wait a while ESPECIALLY during lunch, but worth it. No to the enchiladas made sloppy, yes to carneguisada patos or plate. Barbacoa is very greasy leftover alot of the time but ok. Read more
Had never dined in...usually drive thru...but sadly place inside is really worned down..they definitely really need to replace... tables, wood trim, definitely needs wall covering panels replaced..cob webs on windows...didn't look at kitchen itself but canimagine!!! Place is a hit or miss. 2nd time they mess up my order 10-9-2021. Food is delicious. They forgot the beans in my migas and the... bacon in the other tacos. I was charged for it but wasn't given it. Not gonna waste my time driving all the way backeither. 10-26-2021 i was contacted by the owner as you can see but i did not respond. My reviews are honest and i don't wantfree food or money back. All i care is that the issues get fixed. P.S. had my migas, egg and beans yesterday. Super good!!! Read more

Freaking tired of this manager and cooks ,learn to make tacos.they charge you for ingredients and they don't put them in the... tacos . Then you complain and the manager challenge your complaining If I pay for bacon on my taco I should be able to see it. Iwent through the whole taco and found one piece I even took a picture of taco Then I complain to the manager and she wentthrough all the tacos to show me it had bacon ,she saw one piece and that was enough for her . She put all her nasty fingers onthe tacos after two tacos,she remembers to put gloves to go through the tacos. She gave me four tortillas to just dump my foodin them. Disgusting I just threw out This place needs new manager and people that know how to read a ticket order.???????? Read more
