Hello everyone, once again I bring you an unbiased review of another restaurant, this place is called Kuria Sushi and Chinese... Buffet. I'll keep it real short and to the absolute point,skip it by all means,food was bland, all tasted the same,just like theSushi selection, your better off eating Sushi from the big grocery store chain that sells Sushi. Drive Thru is a long wait, the staff inside is friendly. The food is great, rare to get bad food. Parking is CROWDED, location... is sometimes hard to get to or get out of. I recommend this location only if you have enough time to wait. Read more
Kauri is on fire!!! Even before getting in, you can smell the broccoli, chicken, and the noodles, just what you need to build up... the appetite before you get in. Once you?re in there, greeted by the staff, the receptionist takes care of you right away, thentaken to a table where they ask you what your beverage of choice is and then, you?re off to get your plate and on the Buffayline. My taste buds were in heaven waiting to pick up my first piece of sushi. From the pics and videos I posted, you can callit sushi heaven. A little bit of everything for different pallets. I have to admit, I serve myself a couple of pieces of sushifrom all the selections. I had to get a second plate because just beyond where all the sushi was, that?s where you had youreggrolls, your fried chicken, your soups, your noodles, your fried rice, your teriyaki chicken, beef and broccoli, and yoursalads. The teriyaki chicken was super savory, soft to the tongue, and went down the throat like butter. The egg rolls and friedchicken were crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. The beef and broccoli was super fulfilling, not toosaucy and the broccoli, steamed to perfection. You definitely got to go and check this place out, don?t rush your time there,eat as much of whatever you want for as long as you want, and make it a great experience as I did. What can I say other than that I loved this place. I've had sushi before and at a lot of of different places. The variety of... sushi they had is insane. 15-20 different kinds, this is only 11 of them. They were all incredible. The Chinese buffet was alsoreally good. I was so caught up in the moment and the deliciousness of the sushi and the food, that I forgot to take a pictureof the Chinese food. The variety of the food is also incredible. Due to the pandemic it's not self serve. They are taking allthe necessary precautions to help stop the spread of Covid-19. So if you are ever in McAllen, TX and you love sushi no need toworry about over crowding. They also have a drive thru, for to go orders. Read more
I?ve eaten here once before and everything was good, go around noon or dinner time when the food is fresh. They have a great... selection of sushi ???? , not bad for a buffet and the Chinese is good too. Food is often being brought out fresh cause of therush that?s why I?ll go during lunch or dinner.
