Their customer service in general is absolutely ridiculous. not sure why The employees feel the need to be rude and... condescending ESPECIALLY on release dates. I was in line since 330am, the store opened at 5am, they had the waxberry cups but inboxes still, told us that they wouldn't be on shelf till after 9 am, tell me why at 620am they sold out? Read more
Pick up orders and most of them ignore you. Dark braids black sweater girl or woman employee on 10/26/2022. Try to avoid her.... Most of the are rude and ignore you, even when u are they only person infront of them. It's a blessing I don't spend money onthis company. It's not worth it. Most of the time I'm there they have a bunch of food and coffee ready on their little tablespace getting cold or warm depending on what ur order is and a whole bunch of customers waiting for their food. I've callcorporate and report ed this complaint. They said will bring this complaint to corporate central and local central. Try to avoidthis Starbucks. Uber As a partner in their success Starbucks need to improve a lot in their tactics to assist customer ingeneral also in whoever is up on management. Read more
They didn't have the drink i wanted , but they helped my daughter pick one, so that was nice, but it was such a Weird suggestion... i had to drink it, still props for trying Read more

Love their coffee and pastry goods. Excellent customer service. Sometimes the waiting time can be lengthy but if you have the... Starbucks app, you can order ahead of time and just pick up when you arrive. Read more

Very nice little Starbucks. Although is busy, it doesn't really seem like it. Other times is not busy at all. They always seem... to have customer at the drive thru. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick service, even with a smile sometimes. Thisparticular time the girl preparing my drink was not to friendly but it's only been once, so understandable. They don't suggestor offer you anything else. They don't introduce, if any new items. Clean restrooms and nice patio. I don't ever have a problemwith parking since i prefer to park and go inside.
