The food is good at this location and the service is sometimes hit and miss. As of 2020 service everywhere has gone downhill.... This is one of the locations where this has happened. Sad that people don't want to work, but there are a few at this locationthat make your visit enjoyable. Read more
I was excited that Arby's was back. We love the French Dips! But I went through today to use my coupons and I asked for 2 orders... of the 2 French Dips for7.95. I got up to the pay window and everything went down hill from there. Not only was my order wrongbut the young lady kept rolling hers eyes at me when I was explaining to her what I ordered to begin with never said a word andpounced not walked off. When she came back with my order several minutes later I asked her for sauces and I swear to goodness iflooks could kill I'd be dead. At this point I'm tired of her rudeness, and wished a good night. We love the new look and have missed coming to this location. So glad its open again! The food was delicious. We enjoyed it so... much. Went in and placed a somewhat large order of 4 specials of 2/$6 and 6 Cheddar Beef meals, everything was good, just wish the... sandwiches meat had covered the bun, kinda like they got fed up with making the sandwiches and didn't care if it had hardly anymeat!! Read more
Drive through lady wax a complete rude and unprofessional as it gets. Order was wrong, didn't bother to even achnoledge me when... I came to let her know it was wrong. Just received a go to hell look after waiting to get seen for 12 min. Then I get to homeand the food was stale and lettuce was browning, bread was soggy. Worst experience ever at Arby's. Read more
This location is newly remodeled and very neat and clean. The only issue I had was that I had signed up for the Arby's account... and got a free sandwich coupon in an email. The email did not explain how to redeem the coupon nor could I figure it out once Iwas on the website. The cashier did not seem to even have a clue what I was talking about and was not very helpful in figuringit out. Now I have a free sandwich coupon that I have no idea how to redeem. Read more
