I have visited many Jack's locations in the past and this is by far the worst experience. Burgers were sloppy and the lettuce... and tomato placed on them or on their last leg. Special order items were not honored and yet still charged for additionaltoppings that were not given. They would be better off changing the sign in front of the building to Checkers at least you wouldknow what to expect. Read more

I've never experienced good customer service here; been going for a year now. However, the food is descent. Their breakfast menu... is bomb!! Staff always seems high. Add that to the menu and Ill give you a 5 star. Read more
Food was made to order, however if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, avoid or don't make requests for it otherwise... your food will have to be made 3 times and still not be correct (but after everyone finishing their food not wanting to sit andwait for it to be properly made). Also make sure you tell them light or no pepper otherwise your burger will be black from theamount of pepper and not from the grill!
