I love Krystal! That said: This location was not open for dine-in despite signs indicating that the dining room was open until 8... p.m. We arrived at 7:05 p.m. on 11/7/22 to find the door locked. When one of the four people standing around inside acknowledgedme, it was to shoo me away. And NO, I'm not going through the drive thru; I hate to eat in my car and I don't want to take themhome and eat them cold. If the problem is short staffing because someone called in that day, (unlikely since it seems to be alllocations in the area) then put an apologetic note on the door. If the owner or district manager or someone made a decision toclose, then be honest enough to change the sign and your Google info. I'd be happy to discuss this with the franchise owner orsomeone from corporate. Not interested in speaking to the person who shooed me away. Read more

Of course late night there is always a long line. Good food. Inconsistent with the way the burgers are made. Example: some had... alot of onions, where some didn't have hardly any. Same with the mustard and pickles. Read more

This restaurant doesn?t clean their chicken. Yes, I know this is a burger joint and if I want chicken I should go to KFC,... Popeyes or somewhere? Your drive through on ,3rd shift is a loss of money. Out of coke is the norm. Then if you pull up, you are told to wait, I will... get to you shortly. I usually drive off so I won't be late to work. I am speaking of the Krystal on HWy 280 in Phenix cityAl. If I was the owner, I would shut down 3rd shift because the profits don't match the payroll. Read more
