Takes forever to get food here. I waited over half an hour for 2 extra most best pizzas.
Absolute trash franchise. Order on the app, pulled into parking lot and sat there for 30 minutes looking at my pizza boxes on... the counter but my app says still in the oven. Workers are gabbing and being lazy and I just wait. Finally someone takes thepizzas and puts them in the pick up portal. Go get them and take them home, they're cold and very poorly made. Got the extramost bestest for kids and it's like all bread and crust. Like just the middle of the pizza and the entire 5 inches to the centerwas crust. I ordered a cheese pizza online about 20 minutes before I got to the store. When I arrived and asked about my order I was told... I would have to wait another 20 minutes because that?s how long they had to fill the order. If it wouldn?t have been for thefact that they had plenty of cheese pizzas just sitting in the hot and ready rack! Read more
My family use to alway get pizza from here. But the last few times we have went the dough has been undercooked. Pepperoni cheese... bread was stringy and it was NOT the cheese it was all undercooked dough. There oven either needs maintenance or the employeesare forcing everything through. It's frustrating when you get off work grab pizza for supper only to get all the way home andrealize it's not DONE. Hope the get themselves together soon! Read more
I went in & ordered a Supreme,hot & ready & cheesy bread sticks. The hot & ready wasn't fresh, the Supreme had to many green... peppers ( didn't taste good) the bread sticks were under cooked. Usually everything is good I'm not sure what happened. I livean hour away & was to tired to take it back. Next time I will check my order before I leave. Read more
Waited an hour for one pizza and cheezy bread (in store) went and asked about order it's right here (freezing cold) asked why... it's cold oh we are busy... ask who the manager was two people pointed to a women in different color shirt and she then sentanother guy up front to speak with me said she didn't have time. Refused to give customer service number then gave half an orderof cheesy bread! This place has got continuously worse over past few months but you Raise prices and claim hot and ready andthen have an hour wait and ice cold pizza. 100 percent would not recommend! No excuse for the service, attitude, or freezingcold food. I prefer not to leave reviews like.this but this was outrageous and bad service has happened before and wait periodbut food was right and warm. This was unacceptable! Read more
The recently promoted store manager, Samantha, is definitely the absolute best and my all-time favorite employee of any Little... Caesars I?ve ever been to. This little Caesars has went way down hill. The employees have attitudes while working the counter and take absolutely forever... to make orders. Took over 30 mins to get my order literally watched 4 people come in and order 10 mins after I did and get theirfood before me. There was about 5 employees working so definitely not short staffed. I've ran this store completely by myselfwhen I worked there before and never had customers waiting that long. Absolutely ridiculous! Read more
