First time ever at this location. Learned a valuable lesson. I paid extra for garlic butter sauce and it said on the sticker on... the box it was there so I didn't check the box. Got home, no sauce. Called back, waited on hold for 5 minutes for manager, askedher to put charge back on my card. She told me she couldn't refund just one item. So, let the buyer beware!! Good thing theitem was small. On Saturday, September 24th , at 10:30 pm, at Little Caesar, Stadium Drive. P.C Alabama,I purchased 1 Hot & Ready Pepperoni, 1... Chessy Bread , and 1 Hot Wings ( it was supposed to be mild ) via drive thru . The pizza bread was really tough, and tasted asif it had been sitting out all day, the wings had so much Hot sauce on them, when my wife tasted them, they burned her throat.The cheesy bread was the only thing received correctly. I don?t know why exactly this was so, but the staff acted sort of bittertowards me when they saw me in uniform and in my patrol vehicle (Police). Store and area manager shannon Nelson I came in prior to ordering telling her that there was too much sauce on pizzas I... complained about the day before and told me this pizza would be correct I then took a bite o basically tomatoes sauce with oiland lightly garnished with cheese. Came there for a hot and ready pizza and had to wait 20 minutes. Not going back to this location ever
Ordered my pizza for 7pm didn?t get it until 7:15 and it was a carry out timed order. When I told the CSR my name they act like... they didn?t want to serve me. There were like 10 employees in the back horse playing. The pizza maker slammed my pizza into thelobby heat rack. When I got my order the both pizzas were thin in the middle and pepperoni was not spread to the edge. Def won?tbe back to this one. Read more
Waited 30 mins for my pizza tonight, picked up around 8pm drove 30 mins home and when my daughter went to eat her pizza she... informed me there wasn?t one drop of sauce on her pizza. I called and told them and was told I need to drive all the way back upthere to get a refund or new pizza. I?d spend more in gas than the pizza cost, this is ridiculous. Read more
