I was coming off from work and was getting ready for pizza night. I ordered through the app, Large Pepperoni, Sauce original,... Light cheese. The sauce was original because whenever it's marked extra, the pizza is limp. I didn't realize till I got backhome that there was barely any sauce at all. I always hop to have an adequate amount on my pizza, and now it has made myexpectations from Needs Improvement to Poor. I was able to find sauce at the house, so it wasn't a total bust. Papa John?s needs to get their act together. When you call the local store it redirects you to their call center. You used to be... able to place your order directly to the store but not anymore. My order got deleted so I had to tell my 4 kids after 1 hour and15 minutes that the pizza wasn?t on the way. Thanks Papa John?s. Read more
Pizza was good, but seemed to be missing some sauce on it. Ordered a pizza with "the meats". Loaded with meats on a thin crust,... but not enough sauce. Called my order in as I was driving to their location. Courteous service after 9pm. Expect to be buzzed inat the door. Park in the huge parking lots a few feet away from the entrance. Well lit at night. Four stars were given formissing sauce. I would still recommend their restaurant if you want a quick pizza. Read more
Great pizza but the dern door is tricky locks you in and you have to hold a button to get out it says push to exit but should... say HOLD to exit makes me wonder what had to happen for them to lock the door at lunvh time i coukd under stand at dark or shortsaff but every place is short staffed it seems like Read more
In store pick up is the way to go idk why but I've been getting cold luke warm pizza lately. I just looked I am a valued... customer with over 300 orders on my app and live less that 3 miles from the location. When I pick up in store no problems atall. But delivery needs work. Read more
