This morning I went for breakfast around 9:30-9:45. The doors to the dine-in area were locked. Therefore, I had to go to through... the drive-thru. They are still ?claiming? that the coffee machine does not work. I have come to this location maybe 3 times fromaugust-now (Oct. 2nd) and each time, they say that the coffee machine does not work. For breakfast, there should be a coffeemachine working. I realized once I got home that the receipt was not in my bag; therefore, I?m posting on here. It was horrible service. Our food was thrown in the bag, I had Chipotle sauce all over my soft tacos. My husband's Chipotles... were missing tomatoes. My soft tacos were missing lettuce. The young man putting the food together had a bad attitude. We willnot be back! Read more
Flavorless drinks like the employees personality! Black or white employees they?re all the same there, so much for the southern... hospitality I guess not on this side of the south! The new $2 double beef burrito is delicious. Nice, courteous, and friendly staff that work hard to make sure your order is fresh... and accurate! They have been short staffed the last several times I've went (I go a couple times a week) so it made getting myfood take a little longer. However I know they are doing their best when they only have a couple people doing a whole crewsjob!!! So be respectful they are doing their best with what they have. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could!! Worst service I have ever had from them!!All of the food we ordered was horrible!! It was... sloppy and thrown together!! None of it was made the way we asked for it to be!! My crunchwrap was the worst of all!! Halfmade!! One corner had meat cheese and sour cream literally one corner!! It was all broken apart when I pulled it out of thepackage!! It was hard as a rock to the point you couldn't even bite into it!! Do better something needs to be done about thisridiculous service!! Food was really slow to come out and was absolutely not cared for and sloppy. The kitchen help was being loud, talking about... personal stuff, and completely disrespectful to the lady running the register, who was all over trying to help out and get theothers on task. I asked for no sour cream due to an allergy. They smothered every item I ordered in more sour cream than anybodywould ever want. Like 3/4 inch lines all the way across my taco. I was on a 30 min break and couldnt go back. I wasted my breakand $12 dollars just to hear about the giant black girls personal drama while everybody, that wasnt standing against the linelistening, tried to work around her gigantic body, and most of all, food I was allergic too..
