Why is this place always under staffed. It takes 30 mins to get food in the drive through. I have encountered this problem... numerous times and I'll be the only one in the drive through line. Either lazy or lack of work ethics. Will no longer come tothis location. Read more

Food was good..but several items were very skimpy on toppings..like the Mexican pizza,etc..should've had more sauce and cheese.... The cashier was friendly and helpful. Read more

1. Mark the burritos properly so we know which one is which. 2. It would properly tasted better if were warm. 3.Beefy Melt... Burrito implies that there is supposed to beef on it. Maybe you should put it on there. 4.When a customer points out an issuewith the order rather saying "That's My fault" and walking away hang around and try to fix the issue. Read more

We tried the new Grilled Cheese Burrito. Love it! Good amount for value. Was enough for the 2 of us to share. Customer Service... was the best, yet, at this location. Read more

I really don?t like give low reviews but this really made me mad. I placed a mobile order, app said food was ready. I get to the... Hwy 80 location there are two cars in the parking lot and none in the drive thru. I?m at the speaker and the employee says goodmorning and I reply the same and started my order to be interrupted with one moment please. Five minutes later I get sorry aboutthat go hard with your order. I stated that I have a mobile order but want yo add an item. Anyway I get to the window and theyoung male employee was standing there at the window talking on his cell phone. Then opens the window and is just talking up astorm, then hold out his hand to get y card not even looking at me but talking. I said if you can get off the phone you could doyour job. He continued talking then handed me my card back and said have a nice morning. I said can I get my food please. Oh onemoment. They hand me my breakfast burrito and say thanks and close the window. I sit here trying to get the young man?sattention he is steadily talking on the phone. I through a quarter at the window and he turns around. Do you need something I amon the phone. I said yes my mobile order and the manager. I get; ain?t one here. I was so mad when he handed me my order Ididn?t even look at the order to make sure it was correct. I get home and my order was all messed up. Needless to say that whoever owns this Taco Bell just lost my business and needs to give the employees customer service training and that you need towork not stand at a window talking on you cell phone. And they want to raise minimum wage to $15 an hour, he would not work forme he would be fired. What I did hear of the conversation was not very appropriate either. I really don't like writing low reviews, but this is ridiculous. Always out of main menu items. I get it if they run out of... things once in a while, but this is a near constant issue. And they don't tell you when you're ordering that something youordered is out of stock, they wait until you are at the window or getting your food to say something. They don't offer a refund,just stare at you acting irritated until you ask for a different item (bet you the different item is unavailable too). Not tomention having to wait longer than normal times in the drive thru and inside. Have to ask the workers multiple times for therest of our order, just to have a snotty response. If I paid for it, I'm getting it. And every time we order ahead through theapp, it doesn't matter what drink or size we order, we get a small Sierra mist with more ice than soda. Sometimes it actuallyhas syrup if we're lucky. Today was the most recent. Came through, ordered and waited nearly 30 mins for a couple chalupas, acrunchwrap and a couple sodas. Had to wait while the worker remade the food since we got tacos. When I brought it to the workersattention, she rolled her eyes and said she'd go check the screen. An older man, came up and said he'd remake the order. Thenthey still handed us two small drinks when we had ordered larges. I try to be a patient person, but the rude attitudes areunnecessary. Oh my goodness, let me tell you, customer service and food was Awesome and Fresh! Drinks were not flat at all! We ENJOYED the... food and laughter UNTIL two ladies and two gentlemen brought a Husky Dog within the fast food spot, not to mentioned a guywalked the dog into the ladies restroom with with the ladies (thank goodness I went before hand)...so I asked for a to-go bag(not a doggy bag????) for the rest of my meal; told the young, the food was Outstanding but I see animals on the premises (itwas Not a service dog either)! ??????? The food was outstanding. The customer service was also outstanding. The quality and quantity of the food was outstanding. I... live in Millbrook Alabama we have a relatively new Taco Bell they were very good at first then went down hill quickly. The foodand service surpasses all of the ones from Millbrook through Montgomery areas. Thank you for your continued dedication to theart of customer service and food service. You're the best!
