Horrible service. Called to place order and asked to hold. 25 minutes later I was still on hold and decided to drive to the... restautant while still on hold. Waited another 15 mins to be acknowledged and during that time the waitress hung up the phonewithout blinking an eye realizing she had me on hold. Two more calls came in and she was complaining about people callingbugging her and shes the only one working. Those calls were ignored. Read more
We love Waffle House! Many cars there. Sat at the bar but had a long wait for service - they were shorthanded and VERY busy. The... expediter, Joy, was keeping things running. Our waitress, Unique, kept tabs on us while cleaning tables, stocking and deliveringother orders. When our food arrived, I sent the eggs back to be recooked, but the rest was Delicious!!! They comped our meal dueto the long wait time. We paid that kindness forward. Read more

Hashbrowns All The Way...no cheese put on a takeout order. Returned the untouched food and cashier was guessing at the price.... Not a profitable way to run a business. Y'all only do decent business because we have no other place to order food from after9:30pm here. Perhaps the owner is interested in how poorly this business is being ran. Read more
Always a nice staff (in my opinion)...food always the way I like it...no complaints from me!
