For a subway this is a good one. Plenty of room inside, open till 10 pm, and a friendly staff. The only reason it's not a 5... Star is it just needs some updates cosmetically. Drive past Carthage and come to this one! Read more

Go through the drive thru. While I am ordering the person tells me they are out of spinach. No big deal . I continue with my... order . I go to put in my 3 sandwich a women comes on the speaker and ask me rudly if that completes my order. I said no I haveone more order. She says you paying with card or cash . I said card. Well she going to tell me after all that time ,which theycould have when they told me there was no spinach that the card machine was not working. I would have to pay with cash. I saidhow about on the inside . No, it's not working. At this point I feel like they just didn't want to make the food. Normally Idon't leave reviews ,but honestly feel like they don't even deserve a one star with customer service. Read more

The only reason they have three stars because in a time where the lines and wait times are longer, the head worker and a new... hire kept their heads and were able to get everything handled. They kept calm and maintained happy attitudes despite call outsand low supplies. No customer complaints and willingness to apologize for wait times that were not their fault. Ownership hashad plenty of time to prepare for the pandemic?s influx of customers. The workers are handling themselves very well despitethis. Read more

Tonight I went into Subway and was greeted by a sweet lady, Veanna is her name I think. She was so kind and made my sandwich... exactly how I asked her to. Most Subways I go to, I can't get them to do what I ask, but this girl did it exactly how I wantedand was nice about it. We actually ended up talking a few minutes and I even offered her a job with our company. We need moreemployees with a great attitude like hers. Good job ! :) Read more
