This past Friday this place wasn't even open at all. October 28th 2022 until well after 5 pm. They constantly get rid of the... Great workers and management to keep the mediocre ones. Heard recently they fired yet another great manager Deborah that is oneof the reasons I come there for the impeccable service she gives but I guess I'll take my business to real authentic Mexicanplaces from now on. Almost every visit I will go to get breakfast and taco bell in Philadelphia MS and have terrible service. most recent on... 10-10-2022 at approx 09:40 am I was in the drive through and seen the employees sitting and laughing and I knew they saw mebecause they we're pointing and I waited a good 7 or 8 mins then drove around to the window and still nothing, this has been anon going problem with them because they keep hiring the same lazy workers that rotate different local jobs like Burgerking/Hardee's. What?s the purpose of an online order when you have to pull around to the parking lot and wait 20 mins on your order once you... get there??? When the workers are outside on their phone. 1st time in since the remodeling. Place was clean, employees were nice. Drink machine in the lobby wasn't working but they were... happy to fill them at the counter. We will be going back. I really wanted a pizza but they had run out, everybody else beat meto them. Read more
I?ve been sitting here for over 20 minutes tonight and even tho there are 4 people inside nobody is taking my order. I?m a door... dasher and this is a real inconvenience. Sign on every door said open daily at 8am. I showed up at 10:17 am with the doors locked. Someone finally came to the door and... said they don't open until 11. The sign doesn't say that and the worker was very rude and unprofessional Read more
It?s just an average Taco Bell, but the employees here are well above average. The service is ALWAYS very polite and timely,... especially in recent months. Customer service is key, and these employees have it down pat. Never had any mistakes for any of mysomewhat complicated orders. I?ve even been considering offering the sweet nighttime cashier a position at my place ofemployment, based just off her customer service tone!! Would give 10 stars If possible. Read more
