Food is solid. Service is not. I ordered pick-up on Uber Eats. When I arrived the girl working there (tall girl with a scarf in... an ?up-do-hair-do?) said I must have ordered to the wrong place. I looked at the app and saw my order was cancelled by therestaurant. Then a woman sitting and eating (I guess it was a manager) said something to her that I couldn?t understand. And sherang me up quickly and my order was ready in 5 minutes. Accidents happen, it?s how you handle the accident that differentiatesyou. When your default is the accuse the customer of making a mistake then you aren?t handling the accident correctly. You don?thave to kiss my a$$. Just don?t call me an idiot and I?ll be fine. Read more

Wow! Ordered the beef kofta sandwich, lamb with hummus appetizer and felafel. All 5 stars! The garlic sauce that comes with each... meal is divine and the food tastes very fresh. Lettuce was still crispy in my sandwich. The restaurant looked extremely cleaninside and front staff was friendly and relatively quick. Will def order again soon! Read more
First time customer with take out order. The restaurant was clean, the counter service was knowledgeable and friendly, the food... was prepared quickly, and it was fresh. I was very pleased with the taste and freshness of my Kebab Salad. Although we werehappy with the salad and chicken over rice orders, only 4 stars for this visit because the chicken & lamb over rice ordereddidn't have the white sauce on it as requested in addition to the extra sauce that was paid for. Excellent customer service! The food is healthy and so amazing! My favorites are the chicken kebab salad and the falafel salad... with grilled onions on top, they always make it how I like it, no questions asked! Every time I order the food is fresh and onpoint! Al-Sham has become a favorite spot to order from. Their food is delicious, the staff is always friendly, and the portions are... filling. I really appreciate that they have a free parking lot in their plaza, taking half of the stress out of ordering forpickup. If you like veggie samosas, get the order of five!! Read more
