I am so grateful my husband and I wandered in and walked up the stairs one day! It’s become one of our favorite “best kept... secret” kind of stops in the neighborhood. 2 Saturdays ago 1pm reservation 3 of us, we ordered the large charcuterie board , plt sandwich and the grilled cheese We had a... commitment at 3pm and needed to be done by 245 a 1pm should be enough time right? My friend got there first ordered the nut appthey were very tasty. A good start then.... The wait begins and continues after a very long time we get the official worstanswer any server can provide, your food should be up shortly. Um really After over 40 minutes the board and grilled cheesearrive. Now I'm not a board expert, but my friend is. He said at that price point It was a little skimpy. The grilled cheese... well at the picture if I did t tell you it was grilled would you know it. No lightly Toasted, and most importantly nothot. I encouraged my gf to return it but with clock ticking and the super long wait she didn't The soup wasn't hot but it wasntcold Now my plt....You'd think they had to go out for it It was at least 15 minutes and the we've got a new guy at the grillanswer. Not my problem but alas it was. Thst also might explain the poor execution of simple grilled cheese. Now with out foodtaking that long ya think someone in charge who might have a handle on order flow would stop by hey sorry enjoy that 8oz babyCoke bottle on me or at least I'm sorry. We heard from no one except more excuses till my sandwich came The tastes were good itwas crispy but it suffered from the typical let's put the insides in the middle so it looks thick. To anyone with eyes you seethe 10 to 20% of the ends of it with nothing on it. It took well over an hour for my sandwich the clock was running down wepaid and left never to.returm again. Amazing!!!! Just Amazing!!! At first We had 4 Employees helping me and my sister with our orders.We simply ordered pizza & we... ended up getting a drink. Nice wine selection to go with some tasty plates. Loved the burrata. The panzanella salad was really good too. The arancini were... flavorful but could have used a touch of acid somewhere in the dish since it was so rich. Service was on point. Definitely checkit out! Read more
