Placed an order for delivery at 8pm on saturday night. ETA was 8:45... No email updates or text messages about my order so I... figured it was busy. At 10pm, with no updates, I contact customer service and they told me my order was listed as delivered andstated I should have been contacted by the driver (I wasn't). $40 down the drain. Hey, it?s only 2:02 am and you close at 2:30. Yet you tell me you?re closed. That?s just laziest and wage theft to be honest. Very bad service. No one acknowledged me or the 2 others that came in separately from me, even when I said hello. Everyone... behind the counter seemed high and I couldn?t hear anything because the music was loud and they talked quietly. The folks at &pizza were great! I ended up changing my order and they rolled with it like pros. I had a lot of questions and... they had all the answers. I recommend the spicy red sauce - it adds a good kick to the pizza, even when reheated. But by far,the knots were the best. The Garlic Knots and Naughty Knots both tasted great and they reheated well up to two days later. Myonly regret is how long it took me to finish everything; but then I did get to see how well things survived reheating. I'mcoming back to the Rittenhouse location on my next trip to Philadelphia! Let me be clear..the pizza is always great! Now that I have gotten that out of the way. Lol. Let's talk about great service.... Tee, is a wonderful employee...she's fast, down to earth, works well under pressure and is super courteous. I had an issue withmy order in the past, she apologized and made me a new one. I was just looking for a discount because of the error. I havepersonally witnessed a lot of attitudes, people come and go but good old Tee remains. Smiling through the lunch time rush ofthe day & ready take your order. Give this girl a raise...she is truly a great asset to the company. I look for her face when Ienter the establishment. It is not easy working with the general public but she does it so gracefully. I should know because Ido it everyday with a smile on my face. Show your employees that you appreciate their hard work, dedication, time andcommitment. When you come across a great employee hold on to them before they become disenchanted or someone else simply takesthem away from you. She would be a great assistant or store manager in the future.
