We're the actual only white people in the place. waitress could not get the order right. made me watch my man eat Then I was... served. chicken was hard as a rock, sent it back, same thing again. people loud rude and had an attitude over things, otherpeople with orders. Not the usual service we're used to at Applebee's. We waited well over 20 minutes just for placesettings & to place our drink... orders after being seated right away. We asked at least 3 times for an additional placesetting, because there were 4 of us & weonly had 3. We waited an additional 15 - 20 minutes for our appetizers, & our drinks came shortly after. It wasn't crowded; so,I'm not sure why our service was so slow this time around. On a good note, we enjoyed our food, & Applebee's is still one of ourfavorite family go-to restaurants. Read more

So, I decided on July 14th to order a kid's meal through the app since I didn't want something too heavy while at work. Arrived... and was told someone would be with me shortly. 5-10 mins later, after seeing several employees holding conversations, I wastaken care of by someone who happened to be taking care of guests and tables around where I was standing. Was then told thatthe bag I initially reached for is ok to take. I know it's supposed to be a children's meal but make the bread smaller or thepatty bigger. All that bread might satisfy a 5 year old but above that, they'll still be hungry. The tomato slice was biggerthan the burger patty!?! Also arrived back to work and saw my apple juice wasn't in my bag. I'll stick to going there after 9pmfor half off appetizers. Great time. Food was on point and so was the staff. Plus you know they have the meal deals 2 for 25 + dollars, depending upon... which you choose. I love their meal deal because the food was great ???? ???? ???? . The area is good its city line which leadsinto the county no drama. Read more

Nice outing with my hubby. Decided to take part in the Endless boneless wings n fries. That Cylpso frozen drink was really gd.... Don't drink too fast ur gonna get a brain freeze. My server Isaiah was very funny and pleasant. Read more

Servers attitude could have been more customer friendly . Waited 20 minutes for service. 20 minutes later we still do not have... any food. Then, never got the salad but got the entree. Chicken Alfredo was dry asked for more Alfredo sauce and was charged$2. Overall, the entree had good flavor though. Read more

Used to be nice but it was horrible this time. We were all excited to eat here but received a half-hearted welcome from the... hostess. We asked to be seated in a certain area and was told no. When we were actually seated, the server never came to ourtable. After sitting for over 15 mins with no water or server, we got up and left. On top of all that the table next to us saw ahuge roach and none of the staff came to check on them or see what was wrong. Not acceptable at all. We will definitely not beback. Read more

The waitresses took awhile because there was only one server. Food was good but could have been warmer. Workers were friendly... but walked around a lot and didnt do much work.
