Will never be back to this place, the staff is so ghetto ,it?s ridiculous. We waited an hour and half to be seated in a empty... restaurant. The front desk host was loud and unprofessional and cursing. We kindly told them . We were going to leave, due tothe professionalism and uncalled for profanity. The lady told us that we were waiting so long because they were waiting on aserver that was late and that she was coming in with a attitude . As we were walking out The front desk host (I believe she wasa manager or lead staff) and Kim started to get loud and disrespectful and told us to go ahead and leave. Service was great. The food was good the prices were too.
Not too fond of the service. Meant well I guess. The delivery just wasn?t there and attention to details was laid back. Not... prioritizing the right things when customers are in front of you trying to order, or correct the food and drink they orderedwhile you?re having full conversations with your coworker. This Applebees actually has pretty good food. I even forget to take pictures it was so good. Lol If you looking for something... fast but not fast food this is a good option. They have some new smoothies that are pretty dope to. We are trying to stay awayfrom beef so we had the chicken and shrimp with mash. Too good for pictures !!! Read more
