We left our native NY Metro area to indulge in several excursions in the Doylestown and Philadelphia region for a "mental health... break". We wanted to try something different and we're so glad that we did...! From the moment you walk in is it immediatelyclear that this is the kind of restaurant that we need more of everywhere. The service, food and atmosphere were sublime andthe exposure to Armenian food was plain wonderful...! Bouncing between the Manhattan and Montclair milieu, you can grow wearyof the seeming perfunctory pretension, but this place is not only removed from that environment, it just has none of it. Food is decent but when it comes to take-out they completely drop the ball. Orders are often wrong. Portion sizes are comically... small. 75 bucks is way too expensive. Especially when they completely forget to include the chicken (see photo) As much as I doenjoy the food it's too expensive for these kinds of mistakes esp when they happen fairly often. Besides the food being absolutely delicious, Ara and all of his staff are absolutely PHENOMENAL!

2.5 stars. Slow service, meat wasn’t really fresh. prices went up a decent amount and portions seem to be down. “3” kebabs... was really 1.5. pita was quickly stale. tired of these philly restaurants charging exuberant prices just to keep their margins.it’s actually cheaper to eat in new york and better quality too. Honestly their food made the me happiest I’ve been in a while. This place is one of my top eats in Philadelphia. Got the... dinner for two, great value for the amount of food they give you. The food just kept on coming. Get the filet skewer, it’s sosoft and flavorful, I want to cry. Also the service is great too. Didn’t make a reservation for a table of two and got seatedrn. They even asked us if we wanted outdoor seating they can make space. Overall will highly recommend to anyone! Read more
