Reviews for Au Bon Pain in Philadelphia, PA
It's convenient if you are at Penn Medicine. Good service and fast but the food is overpriced for a small snack and the coffee... is lackluster. Also construction turned it into a hallway so the foot traffic is heavy and it shakes sometimes. Read more
Their baked goods are next level oh and they have the best strawberry lemonade I ever tasted
The service was quick. The bread was fresh and different. Which, made sandwich taste good. Clean and very organized.
The black bean burger is really good. The good egg lives up to its name. I like the Americano. Some of the prices are kind of... high though. Ordering online makes it more convenient. Read more
Just had a veggie wrap and it was good, veggies and chick peas were tasty but the wrap itself was a bit dry. Everyone working... was very kind, helpful and willing to explain any questions. All in all very happy and will definitely go back. Read more
Great location but the lines are long and they sell out of pastries and other food items quickly because it's so busy and... surrounded by several hospitals and research buildings. I recommend coming slightly before noon if you want a good seat duringlunch. Read more
I have always loved Au Bon Pain as a cafe. Because I have loved it so much, I decided to try out their catering menu for an... important breakfast meeting at my office. I used one of the center city Philadelphia locations to cater. It was truly anabomination. The coffee and the OJ were fine, I suppose, but you can't really screw that up. The fruit was wilted and tastedhorrible. The bagels were soggy. The pastries were smushed. Everything about the display and taste of the food was just awful. Not to mention the price was almost $12/person, and there was very little food delivered. I truly hope the cafe has not gonedown hill as well. Stay away from the catering menu. Read more
