Went with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed their meals. We shared the meatballs with barbecue sauce as an appetizer. They... were so light and tasty! My half BBQ chicken was tender and I loved the sides- collard greens and macaroni and cheese (to diefor). The barbecue sauce was some of the best I've ever tasted. My friends also enjoyed their meals - ribs, smoke pulled porkand pulled chicken sandwiches as well as their sides- candied yams, fries, green beans and rice with peppers and onions. We were looking for a BBQ place to order from Friday night and I luckily stumbled across this place while searching. The... pictures and reviews of the food were looking pretty good so we decided to give them a shot - so glad we did! We ordered fordelivery through Door Dash - they also deliver through Uber Eats and I think Caviar and GrubHub, but it wasn't showing asavailable on the other ones at that time. Ordering through the app was pretty simple and though it said it would take longer toget to us (we ordered during peak dinner time on a Friday night so it's expected), it seemed like it came earlier thanoriginally given. The platters we got were: Boneless Breast (w/ Mac&cheese and Green beans), Whiting (w/Candied Yams andMac&cheese) and Pork Ribs Full (w/ BBQ Baked Beans and Collard Greens). It was soooo good! They gave good sized portions, foodwas still hot when we got it, well-seasoned and had flavor to it, both the meats and the sides were good which was great, meatswere tender.... This restaurant exceeded my expectations on all levels. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and had on face masks. The... owner of the restaurant happened to be sitting nearby and accommodated us by answering any questions we had about the food, andthe waitress actually gave us a tour of the entire facility. I had grilled chicken, collard greens, and potato salad. We alsoordered the ribs, macaroni and cheese, fried pork chops & sweet potatoes and everything was very tasty and cooked to perfection.The chef even gave us a side of cornbread on the house..... it was so good!!! We will definitely be going back to this fineestablishment and recommend this place to anyone who wants a good meal in a very laid back, clean, friendly environment. Read more
This place is a treat! The food is fresh and packed full of amazing flavor. We tried pork, chicken, fish and everything came out... moist and tasty. The dessert options are really good too. Portions are large, and prices are small. We will be returning againsoon!!! Read more
We?ve been looking for a go-to local BBQ spot and we found it!! HOLY DELICIOUSNESS! We ordered delivery & got the 5 chicken wing... platter, the full ribs platters, some orders of their fries and our son got the chicken fingers with fries. The food arrived innearly packaged plastic containers and was still warm enough when it arrived that we didn?t even have to heat it up! Theyprovided utensils, napkins, as well as condiments in cute little containers- which I really appreciated - it means they paidattention to the notes I wrote. Great first time experience ordering here and def won?t be our last!
