Update: I have changed my star rating to reflect how management has handled the situation. They have reached out to me, and... apologized for my experience. They have refunded my card fully. She has initiated a training, to take place next week to makesure all of their employees are knowledgeable on the ice cream cake process. I applaud your leadership, and look forward to mynext, Ben & Jerry's experience. Thank you! Euphoria does NOT await. I ordered a cake over a month in advance for a bridalshower and it wasn't ready upon my scheduled pick up time. I had to go out to pay the meter again while waiting. I had to waitnearly 30 minutes for them to "complete" the cake. When they were finished, it was missing the toppings I ordered. I didn't haveany more time to wait for them to fix it. Fast forward to my drive home, I hadn't considered they had this cake sitting out tobe written on. It melted pretty good on the way home, even in a cooler with ice. What really makes it all worse is the terriblecommunication and customer service I received. I had to call several times to confirm my order. The first time I called, I wastold I'd have to have my cake cut in half and put in to 2 boxes as they were out of large boxes. I called back the next day totalk to a more knowledgeable associate and was told to call back later they were too busy. Call later on that day duringbusiness hours, no answer. Email the store and the email account is no longer active. Call back again and asked for a manager. The woman on the phone was insistent on helping me. She said I had to change a flavor of ice cream due to availability, but thatthey now have large cake boxes available. All in all, it was a quite disappointing experience- especially since I tipped inadvance, I'll never do that again. Read more

Picked up a "Half baked" ice cream cake. Blandest thing I'd ever put in my mouth and there was no cookie dough. Deeply... disappointed. Their other options are fine. Everything scooped or hand made that I've tried has been good but stay away fromthe freezer. Read more

I think they're overated. The ice cream is ok and their scoops are tiny. I prefer Baskin Robbins hands down.

This little gem is nestled in the vintage shopping district of Rittenhouse Square. It gives the air of an old fashioned, quaint... ice cream parlor splashed with modern goodness best of all being...THEY HAVE VEGAN ICE CREAM!! It's Super clean. In the BESTlocation. Ice cream to eat there and pints to go. Vegan Ben & Jerry's ice cream is next level amazing! This shop is awesome bcthey carry several vegan flavors that you can't buy anywhere else in town- not even at grocery stores. The staff is amazing too!I left my bag in the shop one night and did not realize until after they closed, but I took a chance and I frantically calledthe store, just in case. AND the girl not only answered the phone after hours (rare!) but she waited for me to come back to grabmy bag-- even though that meant she had to stay late. Great local feel to this place! Read more
