So the food was good, the service not so much. I was in line and ordered my food. Soon after that, 3 more people came in and... ordered. They're orders were taken a prepared before mine. I had to ask if someone was going to make my salad. The cashier hadto ask someone to make my salad after they just made 2 for 2 of the 3 customers that came in after me. Also, I had to ask ifthey could put my 1/2 pizza in the oven. Of course, after the pizza was already in the oven after 3rd person who came in afterme. Of course, I was the only black in their at the time. I don't know if it was coincidental or just blatant racism. However,I definitely FELT like it was the latter. That was my first time and it might be my last time there. I don't pay money orpatronage places who mistreat or overlook me. Read more
Blaze Pizza is my favorite food place. I love all the different combos and options you can choose from. Everything is always... fresh, and there's never a long wait. Love the pizza here! For a chain, this place does it right. High quality ingredients, superb dough, and Blood Orange lemonade!... I've had the so called "best pizza in Philly" (looking at you Vetri), but it wasn't. I don't know if Blaze is the best, but it'sdefinitely good. Awesome vegan options! I'm always skeptical when restaurants have vegan cheese as an option because it's usually Daiya, which I... am not a fan of, but I gave this one a try and it's really good! I think they use Follow Your Heart's Vegan Mozzarella shreds,for any other vegan cheese snobs out there lol Also, their vegan spicy chorizo is really good, but it really is extremely spicy!The bottom of my pizza was a little too blackened for my taste, but overall I would definitely visit again :) Read more
