The food is very good here; however, I can't say the same for the staff. I had to walk up to them several times asking for more... water or for the bill because no one was checking on my table. Other than that, the food is amazing, and the portions are quitelarge. Read more
I despise the online ordering experience but the chicken made it that much worse. So so so so dry. The teokbokki was also... slightly sweet which was strange. Not worth the convenient location. I?d much rather go to a different Korean chicken placethat?s a lot further. Read more
Had to see what the hype was about and was not disappointed. Very good service and food ! Chicken had a nice crunch and burn but... was good and moist on the inside. Yum ! They did not skimp on the quality and freshness of their chicken & wings. Loved thepicled radish. Ramen and Shumai was great as well. I normally really like bonchon. I've been going for years, but this location has been inconsistent with their quality. I ordered... wings, half soy half spicy and as the picture shows they didn't have any sauce for either flavor. You can also see that thewings were also way overcooked and dry. Read more
Staff are very friendly and that is a plus for me. The cola from the fountain was flat, and the waiter gladly changed it to a... bottled one. The chicken was CRISPY! If you like super crispy skin, this place is for you. The chicken in breaded.. I don?t knowif they bake it then fry it, cuz the inside is tender and juicy. Flavors are very subtle. Garlic sauce on the chicken was sweetand not to garlicky, Tasted so good! But I wish they had more sauce on the chicken and more seasoning. To my personalpreference it just need more. The spicy one wasn?t spicy enough for my taste buds. It was mild kinda spicy. I look forwardtrying more food at this place. The reason I gave it three stars: there wasn?t enough sauce. Second, the fries was served icecold. Would I come again? Yea.. Perfect place to have for a night snack or late night dinner if you love fried chicken!! The batter was not too thick but... crispy enough to satisfy your craving for fried chicken. I highly recommend their fried chicken with the sauce on because it'ssweet & spicy, which is the perfect combo! I only recommend to try their fried chicken dishes, but not their other dishes (likebao buns). They were okay, not too outstanding, and you can find better places than here. Read more
I've only ever had their wings, which are great. Skin is always crispy. They have two flavors, soy garlic and spicy. Both are... great. The spicy wings are medium hot. About half the people I went with thought they were too spicy and the other half thoughtthey were just right. Happy hour deals on cocktails and beer make this a perfect place to meet after work.
