I went there today with 2 hungry kids and to my disappointment when we arrived home n served us the half chicken meal ???? the... entire meal was a disaster, specially the chicken was dry , hard, cold n disgusting, cold n not eatable not even my neighborhooddog wanted it. Came in during the dinner rush, and staff did a great job servicing everyone quickly and efficiently. Food was hot and delicious
We ordered online on the Google app for curbside pickup. We waited in the car for 20 minutes while they prepared the 2 meals. ... At the assigned time no one came to deliver the food to the car. We went in to see what happened to the order. Our food wasn'teven ready and all the workers appeared to be under the influence. The workers wore visibly dirty gloves. Not a single personwashed their hands between orders or after touching food items with the visibly dirty gloves. We watched one of the workerspick pieces of broccoli out of the corn that was in the warmer next to the corn without regard of customers food allergies orreligious preferences. They didn't have all of our items in the bag and the food was improperly packaged in individualcontainers with cheese sauce all over the containers from the workers contaminated gloves. All their attitudes were stank andthey continued to hold inappropriate personal conversations while they waited on the people in line. The young workers need tobe managed by a responsible adult. This is the location that I usually go. Customer service is good. It wasn't too busy at lunch time, which surprised me. I... decided to order the nuggets with broccoli ???? with the signature sauce. What can I say, good flavor on the chicken, it was abreast cut in chunks, at least was juicy, the sauce tasted like mayonnaise with ketchup with some vinegar, not the best. Portionwise is very small. Lol no way went inside asked for mash potatoes the girl said I?ll go check she ask the cook and he replied No mash but... yet the other worker is in the phone taking orders lol all I saw was only a few dry red potatoes at the front.
