Horribly poor customer service! Orderered through Uber eats and waited for more than hour , only for the delivery person to call... me and say they don't have any of the items I ordered! The delivery lady traveled 20 mins in rain, and I waited more than hourto hear this! Didn't have the courtesy to call me and say this in person. This used to be nice place, not anymore though. People were nice and the restaurant was super clean. But out of stock of corn bread, kids drinks, sauces for the nuggets, etc.
I was going to write a horrible review of this location but after reading the first 20 that popped up I don't think I need to bc... everything was covered. Horrible this place had no soda,no water no ice tea and no ice,they barely had any sides for me to choose from, they didnt even... have any deserts the cashier NEVER took the coupon off so I paid full price than when I asked him about it he seemed confusednever gave me a receipt and he couldn't scan it again because it was marked as redeemed. Horrible!! Food was cold! There is never any yams. My cornbread was nasty, tasted liked cleaner and was shaped like a shoe ????.... The chicken wasn?t enjoyable at all, I feel like u wasted my money and Grubhub only gave me back $6.24 from a $33 order and a $7coupon. I still feel cheated. I don?t care if I?m being ungrateful. 11am.. No other customers in store .. Had to wait for help... Then was like he was doing me a favor waiting on me. NO ROLLS for... a sandwich... And they're getting ready for lunch!!! Got the NEW nuggets... Small and had the taste and texture of a pencileraser. Boston market used to have excellent food and service .. Don't order from this place never again there customer service is horrible the manager are very disrespectful , when I ask the... manager for his name to start to get smart with me over the phone and when I am question about my order and why it's wascancelled ! This place need a whole new staff and new manager that know how to order I spend $81.00 because I was doing aspecial day ,my son had graduation ???? today and we was doing family movie night . For them to disrespect me like that as acustomer I feel like I will never ever order there again I can go somewhere else we're my service is will be good quality andstaff that are very respectful and have good customer service . Plus I know more about running a business and a restaurant atthe same time and I am ServSafe qualify , because if I was there I would fired some people left and right for those that notdoing job description like they supposed to at a job.
