SUPER RUDE STAFF - I arrived at this place on City Line Avenue at around 3 PM on December 30th 2021. The man across the front... desk near the ovens yelled before I even approached the counter something about having no whole chickens. I asked him againsince I didn't hear exactly what he said and with total agitation and anger said that there area no chickens for me - I came upwith a few coupons so I suppose they knew exactly what I wanted? Fine. I asked the girl at the counter how long the wait timeis for two chickens - she said 20 minutes. I politely said I'll wait. About 3 minutes passed and they packed two wholechickens for me, just like that! I have no idea what the other guy was on about or why he was so angry. My total was around $7and change, so I gave the girl a $20. She muttered in frustration that I need to pay exact change AFTER I paid. I said I willpay with a card, no problem. She - with total irritation (why?) counted a bunch of crumpled dollars and gave them to me. Icounted and there were $10. They short changed me $2. I asked if they can give me the rest. She told me to move aside as someother customers were approaching. So I stood there like an idiot. Then the super rude guy by the stove asked what I waswaiting for. I said I'm waiting for change. She finally got a few dollars from another customers and threw them at me. Listen- if you HATE your job like these two people - don't work in customer service. How about that? This is one of the rudestexperiences I had in one of these restaurants - both people should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. No questions asked. If that was themanager by the chickens then he should be canned too. Hopefully management reads this and gets the ball rolling. Read more

Waiting an hour for grub hub delivery, I didn't expect food to be hot & ofcourse it wasn't. At least my order was correct & it... was delicious after reheating, so I won't complain that much. Went to get some of the new flavored wings for my momb and other items. When I ordered the wings the guy had a attitude talking... about going to say will take 20 min I said I will wait then he said well it actually will be 30 like he didn't want to cookthem. I waited patiently since they were for my mom.
