If i could give no star I would. The customer service was trash.. I will certainly let people know the attitude of Janice, the... other workers, and manager. Please close this location down. Staff are non attentive and ghetto as ever. Food from my order was missing.I actually ordered... online and came at pick up time, still had to wait over 30mins for my food. The girl I spoke to had a whole attitude the entiretime. After all of that, the nuggets were like ROCKS and our Sprites we're just seltzer water. So no one checks the soda machineto see if the syrup levels are low? I placed an order online and they didn?t have the items in the store. I was disappointed. My issue was also the fact that I... walked in and tried to place an order for meatloaf & chicken I was told by the server to place the order online. After I didthis and paid for it, I was told that there was no meatloaf. I was upset because I could not cancel the order at that point. The delivered food was alright. Save for the fact that both cornbreads were inedibly soggy - one being a substitute for chicken... nuggets as there were none left. I missed both of their calls about it, but there's no way a soggy cornbread is equal to somewhatever quality chicken nuggets. Was nicely told to go online to get a refund, but you have to send a message to who-knows toget it. So basically, that's never happening. Read more
Well I just left that location Boston Market. And to my disappointment I took a picture of it I thought I would be able to... post it I am very DISSATISFIED. First of the all the portion of your chicken not going to FLY. so guess what happened? Ibrought it back two customers SAW IT ???? and WALKED OUT. THAT is going to happen A LOT! Went here about 6pm last night to get my daughter some dinner. Went thru drive thru cashier seemed mad bc I wanted to use my... coupon. She wasn?t very welcoming at all .
