We left Millers Ale House at halftime to catch the game and get some drinks. The hostess was straight up when we arrived. They... have no servers available for food in the Bar area. The dinning section was full. I was good with that and appreciate thehonesty. Headed over to the bar, grabbed a table and got drinks from the bar ourselves. 10 mins later a server stopped by to seeif we needed anything. I like this place a lot. It's humongous, so it'd be a great place to have a party or tailgate affair. There are TV's all over... tuned into whatever sport you'd want to watch. This is the second time I go to this location and love it. The food has been great and the servers are always super nice.
My chicken was not cleaned properly and it still had feathers all over and it was undercooked. It looked like the chicken was... just killed and cooked seconds before I was handed it. I spent $40 on what, trash? This is ridiculous. I will be also writing areview and posting a picture of the chicken on every review site I can get my hands on because you guys want people to getsalmonella and feather bomb down their throats for your company?s Mistake. Line was getting long for tables and booths when I arrived, so I sat at the bar. Bartender was polite and helpful, but the back... end service is really slow. When they announced the food orders were going to be delayed 10 minutes after I ordered, I asked forcarrots and celery while I waited. That took 15 minutes too, and came out right ahead of the food. 3 our of the 4 celery wereinedible, carrots were mostly ok. I?ve been coming here for a while now , a pro would be that I love their costumer service & bathrooms always maintain clean .... The cons would be that their menus aren?t always clean(hit or miss) and I believe especially in these times it?s important thatplaces disinfect their menu?s .
