Took forever to get my order. Was waiting like 20 minutes for my food and the food was already made so by the time I ate it, it... was cold. My drinks were overflowing and there was soda on my lid. They didn't give me any straws for my drinks. A customer wastrying to get someone's attention and the worker literally was in front of him the whole time ignoring him. Read more
Their General Manager pretty much told me to F myself. I walked a mile and a half to get bk and they wouldn't let me in to... order and said I have to stand in line with the cars which is obviously irresponsible and not safe. Worst part was they seen metrying all the doors and did not have the manners to tell me that I can't come in. This was after several minutes of waitingoutside. Quader, excuse me if I spelled name wrong said he is the General manager. He didn't want to give me his last namewhich is obviously a red flag. I'm only reviewing this one incident because people have good and bad days And I'm not speaking for everyone but I paid for an... order on the app we sold to go to drive through to pick it up and the young kid behind the thing told me they were closed or youwouldn't for a couple minutes and wrote off angry when I stop by. The worst, they never put my meat on my bfast sandwich, called them back and got a disrespectful young lady who argued with me... about it, she said they had 4 Pattie?s to start with with, now they got 3 so it?s on my sandwich.
