ordered a simple double chs burger no ketchup. don't know why this place is still open burger came with ketchup the cheese was... not melted and of course it wasn't cause it was cold and the meat was dark and discolored.. Typical staff not wanting to any work. I see three people inside, and a gentleman gets on the intercom with an attitude telling... me he?s not doing my order unless I order it on the mobile app. I ask him since I?m here in the drive-through, you cannot justprocess it for me? This place goes from bad to worst. After a Parade of Managers they still can't get their stuff together. Where do I start? I... ordered a King Burger with fries and they gave me a burger that looked like a slider. No tomato or cheese, a big chunk of onionthat was bigger than the pattie, 7 pickle slices and a dull piece of lettuce. The soda was stale, no straw in the bag, and thefries had more chunks of chicken fries than anything. At least they gave me 12 packets of ketchup for the 7 fries. I should'vetaken a picture of what they gave me before I dumped it at the Wendy's Drivethru. Terrible! Read more
