ordered a simple double chs burger no ketchup. don't know why this place is still open burger came with ketchup the cheese was... not melted and of course it wasn't cause it was cold and the meat was dark and discolored.. Typical staff not wanting to any work. I see three people inside, and a gentleman gets on the intercom with an attitude telling... me he?s not doing my order unless I order it on the mobile app. I ask him since I?m here in the drive-through, you cannot justprocess it for me? And he answers in a smug tone ?nope ? and hangs up. No wonder why everyone feels so entitled, very difficultto find semi good workers these days. Read more
This place goes from bad to worst. After a Parade of Managers they still can't get their stuff together. Where do I start? I... ordered a King Burger with fries and they gave me a burger that looked like a slider. No tomato or cheese, a big chunk of onionthat was bigger than the pattie, 7 pickle slices and a dull piece of lettuce. The soda was stale, no straw in the bag, and thefries had more chunks of chicken fries than anything. At least they gave me 12 packets of ketchup for the 7 fries. I should'vetaken a picture of what they gave me before I dumped it at the Wendy's Drivethru. Terrible! Read more
I just ordered 2 chicken junior sandwiches no mayor from the drive thru, I got home, extra mayo on both and the worse both of... them had pieces of American cheese stuck on the chicken..I will never get food from there anymore. Food was great but not fast because there were so many Drive-In customers and there were so many Eden customers and they were... understaffed I felt sorry for the workers that were there. I hardly ever eat fast food. Every once in awhile it's convenient.You can almost never go wrong with Burger King. Read more
Decided to stop here on my way home close to 10pm and I soon regret making that decision. I got a number 8 meal and a Large fry,... all in which were SUPER dry & OLD. A complete waste of 13$. A then decided to drive down to the BK on Cottman & their fries wereNICE & HOT! ... but still tasted .. bleh. Not enough salt or something. Read more
