This is the worst Burger King. Every time I try to give them a chance they mess something up. Once a manager threatened to put... his hands on me. They just offered me food. Went another time they were out of Whoppers. How if that's what you're known for?!And the final straw is the manager at the window stole my change and Burger King refuses to contact me about it. I went through the drive thru with one other person to try the Southwest Impossible Whopper. The line moved quick & the longest... part of the wait was for fresh fried food, which is a good reason to wait. The fried food was hot; the Whoppers were both alittle too cool, however. It was especially noticeable when it came to the cheese & tortilla strips. Surprisingly the flavor wasenough to make up for it, though. **If you're meat free, be aware that the bacon is pork - they found a way to charge us forbacon by including it in the price from the beginning lol Read more
DO NOT GO HERE. I?d like to start off my saying that this is the worst experience I?ve ever had with respect to customer service... (and I am by far not the Karen type of person). Additionally, I?d also like to include that I waited between 40-45 minutes forthis mobile, drive thru order (that I placed ahead of time, but was told I had to come inside to pick up). After waiting foralmost an hour, I had 3 items missing from my order. When I asked if I can have something instead of the missing items, I wastold no and that I?d have to ask for a refund. If you need proof of this, if the site has audio and visual recording, pleasetake a look. You?ll see my in a gray sweater and blue jeans standing in the same spot for 40-45 minutes. This happened on 6/13and I left the location at 8:48 PM. During this entire time, the employees were cursing at each other, one was threatening toquit (saying he didn?t give an ?F? about the job), the girl that was handling my order kept scratching her hair (while she isputting my food together, mind you) and her cousin came in and started ?twerking? at the counter. Order ahead of time a mobile order. Waited almost 30min in line and I said thank you about 3 times and no response ever. No... manners. Employee was very rude as I was checking to see if my order was correct. Knocked on my window and told me why am Ichecking my own food and that I need to get out of the line. Rushing me to move. I will never visit this location again. Theyran out of cheese and sauce and made me wait in line as they chuckled and played around with each other and yet I was verypatient with them. But time comes for me to make sure my order was correct and I got a whole attitude. Of all that. They got myorder wrong. I asked for no ketchup on one of my burgers. They put ketchup and looks like they tried to wipe it off my burger.Half of my food was cold had to throw in microwave when I got home. The worse. Read more
