Order Monday 10/3 and it was so small. Chicken was cold and hard. Rice was also cold and hard. So said.

I am usually excited to have California Tortilla. However, this Sunday evening when I walked in, the lady in charge seemed very... annoyed that I was there. I asked for the nachos, I've never had them before but I knew that their queso was yummy. Theyprepared the nachos quickly, and I got home in less than 5 min. However, while eating I realized that I couldn't eat the bottomhalf of the chips. They were already soggy and falling apart. I didn't enjoy my meal, and was so disappointed. Read more

I've ordered from California Tortilla many, many times. I get a large $8 queso every single time. I am well aware of what I was... always given. I've order from the red lion location 3 times. And every time they have sent me a small queso. I called them todayto let them know and I was given a phone number and told to text a picture of what I was sent. The manager proceeded to thentell me this was a large! The only time Ive ever seen a cup this small was when someone I was ordering with purchased a SMALLqueso. This is not worth the almost $8 they charge with the ridiculously large bag of chips. I've supported this business foryears and I feel completely ripped off. I am honestly not sure if I will continue coming here. The answer is leaning towards notcoming back. Read more
