The lunch time experience is horrendous. Even if you order on line, you will still wait 15-20 minutes for your food. Meanwhile,... the staff making are all giggling and taking their sweet time to prepare. The time they take to complete 1 order, the cashierline has already served 3 people. You are better off walking in and standing in line. I like this location any other time butlunch time is not worth the wait. Read more

The best chain restaurant lamb! Perfect if you got tired of basic mexican and halal rice and meat combos. It?s way healthier too

Tried to give them a second chance. I have had CAVA before and genuinely love the food but this store?s quality keeps going... down. The last time I went their they messed up my order - they forgot the sauce and avocados. This time I went their theybarely had anything left and gave us very undercooked crunchy lentils. Note, eating raw lentils is a health hazard and can makeyou sick. Had to throw it all out. Read more

This is my third time eating at CAVA in Center City. The first two times were carry out orders with no issues. This most recent... was a doordash order. Sauces were left off, dressings were limited (I asked for 2, only got 1), and the pita was missingaltogether. The food otherwise tasted great but a bit unfortunate to have things missing from an order. Read more

I had a very strange experience here. I went on 6/20 around 8:15pm. It was a decent amount of people in there. I asked for the... lemon chicken bowl. Now, I may have been mistaken but there we?re toppings in my bowl that were not on the menu?or I overlookedthem. Anyway, I realized it towards the end that specifically picked onions and that made me question it. I?m not allergic topickled onions but eating them late at night upsets my stomach. The gentleman was understanding and patient and remade my bowlwhich I appreciated because I understand it?s a hassle. However, I gave this location a one because of how I was treated afterI sat down. I wanted to sit and enjoy my food instead of taking it home. I sat down at an open table. I began eating. A femaleemployee comes over to me saying this part of the dining room is closed and to move. The only open tables were dirty and rightnear where people line up to place their orders. I?m sorry but while I?m eating, I prefer not to sit that close to peoplestanding and waiting for their food. It was busy too. This location closes at 10pm and it was 8:15 pm. I would have understoodif it was 9:30 and part of the dining area was shut down. But that was not the case. I then asked for a lid and a bag, she sayswhy and I told her I would eat at home. I then left and I just couldn?t eat after that experience so I gave my food away to ahomeless person. I love Cava as I?ve been to other locations, but this location needs basic training. The gentleman making mybowl was helpful and patient which I greatly appreciated?kudos to him. However the lady, very rude Read more

Cava never disappoints!! The line was long but totally worth it. I will say it did move pretty quickly. Food is always delicious... no matter what I get. Created my own bowl. Super greens, brown rice, chicken, roasted red pepper hummus, tzatziki, crazy feta, corn mix, cucumber/tomato mix, pickled onions, olives, feta, fried pita, and lemon tahini dressing. Soooo good!!
