Good food employee should go back to jail

I just have to say I love Charley?s first time having it was at the Gallery downtown! The food was delicious.Today I experienced... something I don?t ever want to experience again an employee at the restaurant high as ever couldn?t keep his eyes open whilecooking food. I visited the establishment at 4:30pm the gentleman at the register Jamal kept rushing me as I was ordering. Recently ordered 4 chicken phillys, had a very weird flavor. Tasted like a bittar smoky barbecue flavor, i decided to go ask the... workers that made it why it was like this?? I told them it had to be the chicken, they decided to say "no it cant be the chickenno way! Must be your taste buds" then they decide to laugh it off, this place sucks but shoutout to a worker there named Jamal,he the only one there that knows how to make the cheesesteaks and other stuff there. Food quality for me not the best, I ordered a chicken cheese steak and literally is a thick slice of ham that they cook with... veggies. Flavor was good, that is why I gave them 3 stars.
