I wanna start off by saying our waitress outside on the deck was awesome and handled a ton of tables on her own! Our drinks &... app were good but we ordered a medium rare prime rib for an entree & were given one that was well done (pic for reference) Wedidn’t ask for a new one because we had been there so long we just wanted to leave. Expect long wait times, our waitress had aton of tables and was great so no blame on her but the short staff definitely seems to be an issue. Read more

The food was great, good vibe,weather was a little better. How bout putting Vegan selections on the Menu, My son ordered all... sizes, Pasta, Sticky Rice and Brocolli. Just a thought because Vegan is so popular now days.???? Read more
Went for happy hour - has outdated 1990s cruise ship vibes. If you go for happy hour the burger and prime rib sliders and the... firecracker shrimp and fried avocado are pretty good. Pass on the fried deviled eggs. Was surprised to find a diningestablishment with $40+ entrees doesn't have locks on bathroom stalls, no toilet paper, and no paper towels (not even atopening) nor hand driers to dry your hands -- especially amidst COVID-19. This was our first time in this location. I had a fantastic time for my birthday in 2019 at the NJ location, and last night in... this Philadephia location was just as magical. Our server was professional and so down to earth at the same time. The view ofthe harbor was beautiful, the food was so good. I truly enjoyed my birthday last night, and would recommend anyone to come here. Read more

I would rate 2.5 I can't so I round it up. We went there for my birthday was put in a seat with a nice view very but around a... loud large party. The food was okay. It wasn't bad but wasn't the best it all took very long to come out even a soup and saladand it wasn't not busy while we were there. The server was not very attentive. Wasn't the worst experience I've had butdefinitely sub-par to a 5 star restaurant which I would have considered Chat House, until lastnight. Read more
Disappointing experience. I had seen that wait times were an issue through reviews, however, I did not expect to wait nearly an... hour for food. We had to ask 3 times to get water. Forks were dirty and had to be changed. When the manager asked us if we werefine we said yes but that we had been waiting a while. His response was "it will come". When we finally got the food it was okeybut not great. In terms of what we paid probably not exactly worth it. Read more
