Good food but tiny portion. $9 for a sauce cup size of grilled chicken. Took over 15 minutes because they lost my order and... two other people went up while I was waiting and they also had lost their order. One guy was really helpful, holding the wholefragile thing together. Juan was not. After waiting there for 15 minutes. He said "uh, I already gave you your order." Good service, a little slower and smaller than street options, but stills good.
Giving 3 stars because the staff was nice and friendly as always, and I have never had a bad experience at a chickfila before... this. I ordered a 8 count meal, fries came burnt (blackened) and I only received 6 nuggets in my meal that should have been 8. Iwalked all the way from terminal E, and unfortunately didnt look at my food until I got back to the terminal. Read more
It seemed like a rough afternoon. The line was long. I?m sure they are short staffed and not paid enough, so I get it. The two... stars is for getting two out of the three items I ordered wrong. Not completely wrong, but pretty wrong. Medium fry instead of alarge fry; spicy regular instead of a spicy deluxe. And I paid for all the fixings, so that was disappointing. Friendly staff and quick service even at the airport! Tasia was the best and even followed my complicated order with the... trademark "My Pleasure" and a smile! Courteous and attentive staff like that are exact reason there was a line at Chick-fil-Awhile the Subway next door was completely empty. Read more
Great Chick Fil A. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Super impressed with the front of house staff. The food was really... good and up to the standard. However, the line was incredibly long so a 15 minute wait was inconvenient for an airport. Thenthey only had medium cups and no refills. Great place, but needs a few adjustments. Read more
