Waited 30 minutes with others getting served that came in after. Walked up to the takeout window where I was told to sit and... they will serve me. After another 15 minutes with no service I left. System needs to be improved so those coming in are servedin order and not waiting while watching others coming in after, order, and be served while you have even been greeted. Read more

So I work in the Airport and I have for almost 3 years. I have gone to this very Chickies and Petes for 3 years, and each time... they deliver Quality, Perfect Service. For 3 years. Now, as someone who knows almost everyone in there, even the guys in theback who cook the food and make sure the cooks have what they need to cook for you. Never forget to thank not only yourwaitress, or your bartender. Make sure to thank the person who cooked your meal, and the person who brings it all up. Eachperson working here LOVES their job and servicing you to the best of their ability, and when you reciprocate appreciation forall their hard work, it REALLY makes an impact not just in their job performance but also their lives. The bartenders really need to do a good job of servicing ALL of their customers, not just the ones that recently sat down. The... amount of time I waited just for the bartender to come back to me for a simple thing was too much. And why are the fries$7?!?!! They do give you a lot, but $7. My friend and I were walking out of our gate when we saw this place. It seemed promising with all of its giant posters and... banners with their awards and their beautiful restaurant so we decided to walk in and sit. There was one other customer therewhen we first got in and many, many servers and waiters but no one bothered to even look at us. We had to wait a bit of time toget the servers attention to just get some water and order some food. I wasn't feeling anything bready so I decided to get somehot shrimp. The hot shrimp was pretty good, I was told that it was a pick and peel shrimp and I was completely ok with it. Iwish that the shrimp held most of the flavor from the oil, but I had to continuously dip the shrimp in the oil and the cocktailsauce to get any flavor. It was good flavor, when I got some. My friend had their blue cheese chicken cheesesteak.Unfortunately, this was a complete loss. The cheese sauce did nothing to mask how dry the whole sandwich was. She had to drinkmultiple cups of water just to be able to finish half of the sandwich. The winner winner here were their famous crab fries. Wedecided to get their mix and wow... I'm so happy we did. The cheese sauce was so good with the regular fries and their cinnamonsweet potato fries with their warm maple syrup sauce... HEAVEN! We stopped here (PHL terminal D) for lunch while we waited for our flight to Denver. Never ate here, the tables were dirty and... we were told to find a clean table which there were none of. We moved on. Ended up at terminal B where we discovered LoveGrille! Loved it. We are actually lucky that we arrived at the Airport early! Read more

Nice staff. I had a Philly cheesesteak that was tasty and filling but a bit chewy (first time this happens at this location).
